WOLFPAC SERVICES
WolfPac Property Services, Inc.
performs commercial and residential services on vacant and occupied properties.
We currently service properties for HUD, Real Estate Agencies,
Nationwide Servicers, Banks, and local real estate rentals/condos. WolfPac services all types of loans
including FHA, REO, CONV, VA, FNMA, and more. All work is performed to HUD
specifications unless otherwise requested.

Change/Securing

Locks changed and keyed
to master code requested. Locks installed are Kwikset handset
and/or deadbolts. Padlocks and hasps installed on all
outbuildings. Slide bolts installed on secondary doors when
requested. All windows locked and/or pinned shut. Doors
braced shut when needed.

Complete winterization of
heating and plumbing systems to prepare property for the winter.
- Debris
Removal

Removal of all debris
and personal property as requested.
- Lawn
Maintenance

Lawns cut according to
guidelines. Bids submitted for all over allowable lawns.
- Evictions

Evictions services
completed according to local jurisdiction and sheriff's request.
- Plowing/Snow
Removal

Drives plowed and
walks shoveled.
- Sump
Pump Installation

Replacement of sump
pumps when needed. Draining of flooded basements also available.
